TO REGISTER YOU NEED
 1. Redemption Code from your manager
2. Employee Number
3. Manager Name
4. Personal contact information including email address
5. You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.

*If you do not have a redemption code you will have the option to sign up with your personal credit card.

If a course does not appear;
it has been filled. Please choose another date.

All Multicare Employees must bring their
employee ID badge with them to any course.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer registration to another date. Multicare will NOT authorize payment for other courses if student does not follow the cancellation policy.

TEXTBOOKS
 Multicare and Good Samaritan will loan textbooks for all employees. Course materials are available in the Wagner Library located on 3M in Tacoma General Hospital or in the Good Samaritan Education Department. Please pickup materials at least 1 week prior to the course to provide ample study time prior to the course.
