The Cascade Training Center Provides all levels of Basic through Advanced American Heart Association resuscitation training to Seattle Pacific University nursing and allied health program students and employees/faculty of Seattle Pacific University (Nurses, Radiology, Respiratory, Assistants, Ultra Sound Technologists, Technicians and Allied Clinicians/Practitioners) as well as non-employee healthcare providers at our Regional Training Operation Center located in Seattle, WA. The CTC is located just blocks from the SPU campus with free parking and only steps away from a major bus line.

These courses include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Initial and Renewal certification courses, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Initial and Renewal certification courses, Healthcare Provider CPR training, Introduction to ECG and Pharmacology Courses, Airway Management curriculums, and lay rescuer First Aid, CPR, AED courses. Other courses offered in Seattle, WA include Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support.

CPR Courses specific to Nursing and other related health programs are offered weekly and fulfill the requirements for clinical rotations.

All courses are available to the public as well as students/employees of Seattle Pacific University . Other healthcare and lay rescuer courses are offered by the Cascade Training Center at other local hospitals and regional Training Operation Centers. All ACLS, PALS and CPR courses are official American Heart Association courses. Upon successful course completion, an AHA certification card is issued on site immediately following the course at the course location. AHA credentials are valid for two years.
